How to clean gold jewelry
Although gold is made to last a lifetime, it requires gentle care and occasional polishing.
To maintain the shine of your jewelry, gently clean it with a soft-bristled brush or cloth using warm water and mild soap, or use our Jewelry Care Kit.
Do not use abrasive cleaning products.
If your gold loses its shine, use the polishing cloth to restore it.
How to clean silver jewelry
Proactive maintenance is the best way to extend the life of sterling silver.
Clean with a soft, dry cloth. To remove oxidation, gently polish with a silver polishing cloth or use our Jewelry Care Kit.
Please note : If you're using oxidized silver pieces, they should be cleaned differently. Oxidized silver items have a special finish, so we recommend dry cleaning without water or silver polish; otherwise, the finish may wear away completely.
