  • The customer can request a refund within 7 calendar days after receiving the order, in accordance with the Consumer Protection Code.

2. Product Conditions

  • To be eligible for a refund, the product must be in perfect condition, with no signs of use, accompanied by the original packaging and invoice.

  • Customized or custom-made products are non-refundable, except in cases of manufacturing defects.

3. Refund Process

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will contact you to confirm whether or not your refund has been approved.

  • The amount will be refunded using the same payment method chosen at the time of purchase.

  • In case of payment by credit card, the refund period may vary depending on the card issuer.

4. Shipping Costs

  • The cost of return shipping will be the customer's responsibility, except in cases of order error or manufacturing defect.
