The customer can request a refund within 7 calendar days after receiving the order, in accordance with the Consumer Protection Code.
2. Product Conditions
To be eligible for a refund, the product must be in perfect condition, with no signs of use, accompanied by the original packaging and invoice.
Customized or custom-made products are non-refundable, except in cases of manufacturing defects.
3. Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will contact you to confirm whether or not your refund has been approved.
The amount will be refunded using the same payment method chosen at the time of purchase.
In case of payment by credit card, the refund period may vary depending on the card issuer.
4. Shipping Costs
The cost of return shipping will be the customer's responsibility, except in cases of order error or manufacturing defect.
